The startup needed a reliable backend foundation before MVP launch, with clean APIs, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
What I designed and delivered
Built the backend from scratch, designed REST APIs, configured production infrastructure, added Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, and prepared technical/user documentation.
