Yallagan Community Platform & Mobile App
A bespoke Django website and Flutter mobile app that replaced a WordPress presence with richer community features, management tools, operational workflows, and third-party integrations.
What needed to change
Yallagan needed to move beyond the limits of its WordPress website and create a stronger digital platform capable of supporting its growing community, internal operations, and mobile users.
What I designed and delivered
Rebuilt the website as a bespoke Django application, expanded the platform's functionality, integrated third-party services, created better management tools, and built a connected Flutter mobile app.
What the system made possible
Strengthened Yallagan's digital presence, enabled more operational activity through the platform, improved internal management capabilities, and gave its community access through both web and mobile experiences.
