What needed to change
Energy First needed a web platform that could sell products and handle prepaid electricity billing workflows confidently.
What I designed and delivered
Built modules for inventory, CRM, reporting, support, FAQs, knowledge base, CMS, multi-currency transactions, and STS 20-digit token generation.
